United Star provides expedited ground transportation and logistics services, including lift gate service, expedited delivery, next-day delivery, and dedicated box truck solutions. All services are subject to availability and a separate service agreement or quote.

Quotes and Pricing

• Quotes provided through our website are estimates and not binding until confirmed in writing.
• Final pricing depends on shipment details, distance, weight, and timing.
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing for changes in scope or unforeseen circumstances.

Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete shipment information.
• Ensure shipments are properly packaged and labeled.
• Ensure the pickup and delivery locations are accessible and safe.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding your freight.

Liability

United Star is not liable for delays or damages caused by factors beyond our control, including weather, traffic, or acts of God. Our liability for lost or damaged goods is limited to the terms outlined in the service agreement and applicable law.

Prohibited Items

We do not transport illegal, hazardous, or restricted materials without proper documentation and authorization. The customer is responsible for any penalties arising from undisclosed prohibited items.
